The Competition Pro Bono Scheme was established in 2006 as a means of facilitating access to competition law advice for all. It acts as a hub for connecting those in need of competition law advice with solicitors and barrister with specialist expertise in this area.

There are typically around 40 law firms and barristers sets that participate as advisors under the Scheme, ranging from major international law firms to smaller competition law specialists. The Scheme is currently administered by the team at TupperS Law, who were responsible for setting it up.
